Vendor Policy
Are there any In-House/Exclusive partnerships?
2016 Main has a flexible vendor policy so that you are able to customize your event to your liking! Our only requirement is that you use one of our in-house bar services. We do not accept BYOB or any outside bartenders.
What are vendor load-in and load-out times?
Vendors may begin loading in at 10:30 AM on the day of your event, and must complete loading out within an hour after the event concludes. If you wish to leave personal items at the venue after your event, you may do so. Please note that the venue is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
What are the vendorโs insurance requirements?
We require proof of liability insurance, which any licensed vendor will have anyway!

WHAT IS THE 2016 MAIN CAPACITY?
2016 Main can accommodate 170 guests for a seated event and much more for a cocktail style reception with limited seating.

When you book 2016, you get:

- Bartending Service (up to 2 bartenders)

- For Weddings Only: Security and Reserved Parking is included in your rental fee.

- Bar Package
- Linen

PARKING
WHERE DO MY GUESTS PARK?
2016 Main rents parking spaces from the Mid-America Arts Alliance on weekends and during weekday evenings. Please be aware that the parking lot is unavailable during weekday daytime hours and on First Fridays.
Additionally, the Crossroads area offers plentiful rideshare options, and access to the streetcar is conveniently located right outside our front doors!

Yes! Here is list of places to stay that are a few blocks away: Crossroads Hotel, Home2 Suite by Hilton, The Westin, Hotel Indigo, or No Vacancy.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES THAT I SHOULD BE AWARE OF?
Will I be surprised with any โhidden feesโ if I book 2016 Main?
We aim for complete transparency regarding our venue rental fees, as well as any costs associated with the amenities and services we provide. Your venue rental agreement will detail all possible extra charges, including those for signature cocktails and any special product requests.
Are there any fees associated with how we pay?
We can take credit card, check and ACH payments toward open invoices for the venue rental and any additional services that you may choose to add on. There is a small convenience fee if a credit card is used, but this can be avoided by using a check or paying by ACH transfer.
